RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products we cannot accept exchanges or returns on our products. Nor do we refund for a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully.

We will only accept returns or exchanges if the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us first at info@diamondsandglossaustralia with the details and photos of the product and the defect. We will advise you what to do next.

Hi & Welcome

I'm Mel, the owner & founder of Diamonds & Gloss Australia - Hema Free Nail Supplies.

Diamonds and Gloss Australia began shortly after completing my nail tech qualification in 2016.

I was totally obsessed with everything to do with nails.

But the more I learnt, the more troubled I became by what I was discovering.

Allergies!

There were so many people suffering allergic reactions to nail products. And some so severe that they had to give up their career and love of nails.

I don't want to gross you out, but I have to show you what I mean.

Why did they have to do that, you ask?

Well that’s because of a chemical used by nearly every brand on the planet: 2 hydroxyethyl methacrylate – HEMA.

When I did more research, I found it documented in medical journals as one of the top skin allergens and causes of allergic reactions, mainly ACD - allergic contact dermatitis.

I learnt about so many people that had developed this allergy to HEMA. They were taking all the recommended precautions and still suffering, just to continue their passion in nails. And all that many of them needed was to switch to HEMA free!

And that's what we do here at Diamonds & Gloss.
